Palakkad Murali
Palakkad Murali is an Indian musician from Palakkad Kerala. Born on 10th of April 1968 at Vadakkanthara Palakkad, he always made his parents Raju Menon and Manikkavally proud by securing achievements on music starting from a very young age. He appeared in college at Govt College of Chittur Kerala for perusing Music and is certified as a ‘B’ Grade artist(tabala) by All India Radio. Being the part of Radio TV Malaysia as a Guest Artist from 1994 to 2004 only made his resume stand out from the roster.
Murali’s artistic approach is solidly focused on incorporating a wide range of styles. He is versatile over both classical and western tones in his rhythm section. His rhythm section is renowned for providing the underlying rhythm, harmony and pulse of the accompaniment, which create a rhythmic and harmonic reference and beat for the rest of the band. The most common rhythm section is bass, drums, guitar and piano. His personal favourite instruments for the rhythm section includes Tabala, Mridangam, Konga, Timbales and Jazz which provide harmony, bass and percussion.

The show amused the attenders which incorporate various political personalities and stalwarts from the Malayalam film industry. Some other noticeable shows include coordinating actor Jayaram’s show both in Australia & New Zealand and Actress Manju Varrier’s show in Singapore and more.
As a well eclectic artist, his musical performance has a long reach over more than 40 countries such as USA, EUROPE, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, ENGLAND, CHINA, JAPAN, NEW ZEALAND, SWITZERLAND, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, SOUTH AFRICA, KENYA, TANZANIA, UGANDA, BOTSWANA, UAE, KUWAIT, BAHRAIN, QATAR, SAUDI ARABIA, OMAN…..
